Trauma-Informed Therapy for Narcissistic Abuse & High-Conflict Personality Abuse Recovery
Emotional abuse — whether from a narcissistic or high-conflict individual — can leave your nervous system stuck in survival mode. You may find yourself constantly on edge, questioning your own reality, over-explaining or people pleasing to avoid conflict, or feeling guilty for things that aren’t your fault. Many survivors describe feeling drained, confused, hyperaware of others’ moods, or disconnected from the confident person they once were, and even at times questioning if this is truly the reality.
I provide safe, compassionate, trauma-informed care that focuses on the whole person— your mind, body, nervous system, and sense of self. In therapy, we work together to understand what you’ve experienced, calm the chronic alertness in your body, and rebuild clarity, confidence, and emotional safety.
My goal is to help you feel grounded again, strengthen healthy boundaries, and reconnect with the parts of you that have been buried under stress and survival. If you are reading this, you’ve come to the right place.
